Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

In case you have received the wrong piece, or any defective or damaged piece and want to return/exchange the item(s), then please inimate our team of the same via Call/Email or Whatsapp within 7 days and return the damaged product within 7 days of receiving.

You can avail and exchange or refund of money of the same.

In case of customized orders, if you want to cancel the order, then there will be a deduction of 25% of order amount, which is the cancellation charge, and the remainder amount will be transffered back to the original bank account from which the payment was made. In case of cancellation, please notify us via Call/Message/Whatsapp or Email ID.
